During the lockdown we’ve been working hard behind the scenes and have invested in both our physical and online stores. We can’t wait to welcome you safely back in to our stores, which have all undergone a refurbishment and investment programme in preparation for the installation of new products, room sets, lighting, upholstery and carpets – they ‘re really looking good and we encourage you to visit when you can. We’re offering personal shopping services too so if you’d like to book a time, please do give us a call.

As well as refreshing and refurbishing our physical stores we’ve also invested in our online shop and you can now browse and order a whole range of products from our website. This is an important investment and will allow you to continue making home improvements and adding key pieces of furniture, even if we face further lockdowns. It’s really easy to order online and importantly we’re just at the end of the phone if you did need any assistance or support. You can be certain that we will treat your online transactions with the same care and attention that you receive in-store – this really is an extension of the Francis of Malvern brand and business and has been designed to offer you even more convenience and an alternative way to shop.

Where will we go from here in the world of furniture and interiors?

We have a number of exciting projects in 2021 as we expand our flooring section and invest further in our fitting team. Our aim is to become your first choice go-to retailer for all your home improvements and interiors. It’s the small and personal touches that make shopping enjoyable – and it should be enjoyable. We want to remove the stress and be a retail partner that you enjoy visiting, either in-store or online, and enjoy interacting with. The world seems to still be turning and we’re certainly prepared for 2021 and, more importantly, we’re looking forward to 2021 and making sure we bring you the latest brands for all things interiors, delivered with an outstanding level of care, attention to detail and service.
